After the initial consultation, the team provides homeowners with action items to cater the home to current market trends, and even coordinates their handyman or other contractors to perform minor updates that are low cost but high impact (such as painting walls a neutral color, updating light fixtures, paint touch ups, etc.). When all of the touch-ups are complete, Jason’s team sends in their declutterers, stagers, and professional photographers to capture the home looking its finest. Jason started his career in real estate nearly two decades ago with Infinity Home Builders, which exposed him directly to the subtleties and challenges of new home sales and equipped him with a thorough knowledge of the home construction process. Having logged hundreds of hours working alongside architects and builders on projects, Jason developed an eye for architecture and design—a unique perspective that makes him ideally suited for clients looking to buy or sell. Jason continues to leverage his experience in new home sales to this day and is recognized by the Home Builders Association of Denver as an expert in new-home construction. 


In 2019 he hired Sam, his right hand and marketing / operations director who works tirelessly to create a curated marketing package for each listing. With the biggest marketing budget in town, every listing is given the luxury treatment from coordinating contractors to make minor updates and touch ups, bringing in stagers to tastefully furnish the most important spaces, and a professional real estate photographer who can capture the beauty in every home.
