Coming Soon: Residential Developments

The development in Denver is never-ending - the city is constantly investing in new housing infrastructure to accommodate for the influx of people relocating to Denver. We’ve compiled a list featuring some of the newest apartment complexes and neighborhoods to hit the Denver scene, and these places are nothing short of impressive.

First up is the new and modern 19Nineteen apartments, located right across from the Broncos’ home field at 1919 Mile High Stadium Circle. With this new apartment building, the view of the Mile High Stadium is only the beginning. These luxury apartments have spacious floor plans, quartz countertops, oversized windows for plenty of natural light, smart home features, soft-close cabinets, and more. Not only are the living spaces a dream, but the list of the building’s amenities is extensive: the Star Lounge roof deck, an outdoor pool with a spa and sun deck, instructor-led fitness classes, a refreshments bar, and a dog-wash station. For more fitness-minded residents, there is a multi-sport simulator and multi-level fitness center including a yoga and barre studio. This new apartment complex is the epitome of luxury living in Denver and truly lives up to the hype.

In other apartment complex news, plans have been submitted to the city for the last undeveloped lot behind Union Station at 1901 Chestnut Place, which is currently being used for parking. Denver-based Focus Property Group has owned the property for over a decade, and recently presented a concept for a new 12-story, 204 unit apartment complex that holds an additional 13,000 square feet of retail space. Filed last month, the proposal cites JNS Architecture + Interior Design as the intended architect of the project. Focus Property Group has developed numerous denver-area projects in the office, retail, hotel, and self-storage sectors, but announced that they planned to start developing housing complexes in early 2021. Denver saw a surge in concept plan submissions in June as developers wanted to be grandfathered in from the new Expanding Housing Affordability regulation that went into effect last month. Because the approval process is still ongoing, it's unknown when construction will begin.

There are also tons of new residential communities being developed throughout the Denver area. Built by Koelbel Custom Communities, The Preserve at Greenwood Village is a brand new custom-built community with homes starting in the low $900,000’s and lot sizes range from .69 to 1.96 acres. The community’s amenities include the 55-acre Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve, an outdoor pool, covered pavilions, tennis courts, and even more can be found within the Community Recreation Center. Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Denver and 5 minutes from the Denver Tech Center, this community is great for families at any stage of life. This community is the perfect place to settle to surround yourself in nature while being only a short drive away from the fun hustle and bustle of Denver.

Another fantastic new neighborhood coming to Lone Tree is Heritage Hills, The Overlook Collection. These homes start at $1,000,000, range from 3,357- 4182 sq. ft. and are built by Celebrity Custom Homes. This new development encapsulates European-style architecture mixed with a modern Colorado lifestyle. The Overlook Collection has 6 different floor plans designed by award-winning local builders. The community is gated, has multiple pools, playgrounds, as well as tennis courts. This community is a great way to ensure that you’re living in luxury while staying busy.
