Infinity Homes continues to set the standard for thoughtful design and elevated living across Colorado’s most desirable communities—and the next chapter is officially underway.
Phase 1 at Fusion at Lyric is nearing completion, with only a handful of remaining lots and spec homes available. Among them is the Fusion 3 corner lot spec at 11498 Alla Breve, a prime opportunity to move into one of Lone Tree’s most exciting new neighborhoods without the wait of a full build.
Looking ahead, Infinity has acquired 38 new lots in Phase 2, ideally located just south of Bebop Park and within close proximity to the new elementary school opening in 2027. Eighteen of these lots are deeper parcels, allowing for a new 3-car tandem garage option on the Fusion 1 and Fusion 2 plans. This redesign will not only add garage capacity but also enhance main-floor living space—bringing even more functionality to an already well-loved product.
Fusion homes have been averaging $1.3M–$1.4M, with the deeper lots expected to land in the $1.4M–$1.5M range once the new garage option launches, targeted for spring.
Infinity is breaking ground on two Cadence model homes this Friday, officially ushering in a new, highly anticipated series at Lyric.

Infinity is also preparing to launch 17 exceptional homesites in The Village at Castle Pines, featuring a widened home design inspired by the Vector series, now enhanced with 4-car garage options on 15,000–25,000 SF lots.
Pricing is anticipated to start around $2M, extending into the low $3Ms, with sales expected to begin this spring.
